Investing.com -- According to a recent report from Bloomberg, Oracle Corp. is moving to shield itself from mounting financial liabilities tied to its massive artificial intelligence data center in New Mexico. Facing fierce local opposition and regulatory setbacks, the tech giant has issued a force majeure notice to the project’s developer, a unit of Blue Owl Capital Inc., in an attempt to suspend payments should the facility fail to meet its 2028 launch date.
